A private thread opens on the Discord, visible only to you and staff. Replies happen there.

Ticket types

  • Age Verification: required before play. Staff explain what they need privately. Account under six months old? Name the member vouching for you, or staff will ask for a censored ID.
  • Character Review: questions about your application or ledger.
  • Claims: rank, special or relic claim questions.
  • Mission Review: a mission you want to run.
  • Dispute: a fight ruling, a DE appeal, a disagreement between players.
  • Report: a rule breach. Include links and screenshots.
  • News: something your character did that deserves the #suriel-gossip-network.
